Actually got back here on the 27th (but I cant have 2 desinations on the same day), after the long trip upto and back form the mexican border. Hostel was alright, met some really cool Aussie guys who had bought a VW Beetle and were driving from Mexico down to El Salvado surfing (despite being so cool the car had prooved a massive hassle).

The 1st day there was a stressful one spent in internet cafes trying to sort out flight changes and ways to avoid mexico and get into the US early. After a few hours we got lucky (at a price of 200 each!) and had flights booked from Guatemala city to LAX in 2 days time, although it was via Panama.

Didnt really do much in Pana, a bit of shopping, lots of poker, walked round town and had a few beers in the evening.
